Forum to my own server

how could i transfer my forum (host from: http://www.netfreehost.com) to my own server ????

Get a backup from your admin panel.

im not sure, i dont think you can traspher it, but you can either re-upload it.

oh yeah, sorry about the second post, forgot that you can just put a link on the main site if you want. that could be easier.
