You may, as long as your site is plain html. I mean, you can upload the site as-is and see what happens, but on most cases it should work. good luck

This is what people do , build their sites and then upload them .

I noticed your nick is richy.00 , so your web site here will have to be richy.00.bizhat.com , so i'm not sure if this will work because of the extra dot . Because the domains are supposed to be whatever.bizhat.com , and also www.whatever.bizhat.com doesn't work .
