I think XVI32 is better than this and its free
I tried this 1 sometime back
But its not that userfriendly as XVI32

I think UltraEditl is better

The reason I dint mention Ultraedit was it is more than HEX editor
it does many things and hence many menus and they are cluttered

But thats not the case wid XVI32
