    How do we check our bandwidth to see if we are close or even how much we are using?

    Goto http://free.bizhat.com/cp/ login by you user name and password. Go to Resource Usage ... There are the space and bandwitdth you're using ...

    No I dont think there is a limit for the hosted forums.

    There is a limit for forum as well. When your forum looses bandwidth, your total bandwidth will go down. It's the same with space...

    NO the bandwidth include every thing from your ftp of file tranfer to hosted forum.

    Follow this formulae

    Total Bandwidth Utilization= Incoming Data(i.e. FTp etc)+ Outgoing Data(any request of pages etc)
