Try phpBB Design ... It has loads of templates arranged in alphabetical order... It has custom avatars, Smileys, themes, etc

On the PhpBB site itself they have a huge gallery, and they have numerous links to other great Template-development sites

If you are trying to change the image by an external image (not in your forum directory), then just seek for the header image that shows up now and change it....upload your image to the directory, delete the header-image and give your header-image the name of the previous header-image

Default You are setting up your own phpBB?

hi, im reading and i can't understand a thing,

Are you setting up your phpBB on your site webspace??

i say that cause is kinda pointless when bizhat.com offers you another website to host phpbb and no need to install it...

On your Control panel go to hosted scripts and you will see phpbbforums option.

    If anyone hadn't seen it...
