    I have the same problem too, i create the folder using the online tools but then if i wanna rename it i get an error. Any ideas how to do this? I get an error saying i dont have permission to do this each time i try and to see if i have permission to make this modification

    Use ftp to download them from the site to your PC then rename it, teest them all after that upload it...so simple...is't it?

    :( I also facing this problem. I'm using AceFTP, but what can i do now is delete and upload again with renamed files.

    that's just the way it is
    our server is setup like that
    therefore the only you can really do is download that file, rename it and upload it again
