its very simple... :D
go to bizhat control panel http://free.bizhat.com/cp/
use ur site url (like onlytorobin.bizhat.com) and password to login
click on the link called file manager... it will make the browser window look like a normal windows explorer window...
now copy your web site files from your machine and then paste it this file explorer window...
