    I simply enjoy walking or jogging. This is the best thing can happen to you every morning.

    Even it decreased the effects of ageing as well.

    Many of us early in the morning walk perfer,the result they are fit and smart.If we make habit 2 or 4 KM walk per day lots of benefits can get.

    Hey..
    As far as i know Walking and jogging is kind of cardio exercise.. walking is one of the best exercise for fat loss as well for gaining fitness..
