Many of us early in the morning walk perfer,the result they are fit and smart.If we make habit 2 or 4 KM walk per day lots of benefits can get.

As far as i know Walking and jogging is kind of cardio exercise.. walking is one of the best exercise for fat loss as well for gaining fitness..
