Intruder to computer

Can any one help in this regard?

I am using broadband internet connection from bsnl.

My computer is being continuously attacked by MS_RPC_DCOM_Overflow intrusion, but it is blocked by Norton.

How can I reduce or eliminate this attack?

Intruder is from the Home 59.92.39.44.

What is this attack?

Help me to eliminate this attack.

You are already blocking it. That's why you installed Norton anyway; to keep your pc secure.
