Need help...to upload large SQL Database.. [admins help need

ok since i have buckup my forum database and now is everyting in mess...

so i need to upload my database to my host...

but there is one prob.

my data base size is 40+mb and i dont know how to upload that sql size in phpmyadmin...
a have find one script but 1st i need to upload it full sql database to webhost then to run it...?

and there is one big prob.
since i cant upload files biger them 2mb ?

and data base is 40mb ?

so can u help me some how to do this...?

Okay let me type this whole thing again.


Open up two notepad editors, open your mysql ifle in one of them, copy and paste some of the mysql segments, into the other notepad, and save it as mysql1.txt and then go back to your mysql and delete what you copied and pasted.
and keep doing so until your 40 mb mysql file is into 20 - 25 other files.

Besure to keep the order right, because if you don't the mysql will be useless.

Also besure to keep the txt files 1.5 mb or under, that way the php my admin won't take forever.

The moving mysql to other ifles takes about 10 minutes, and the uploading through phpmyadmin will take along time also.

i know that...but there is one prob.

i have find one script which allow me to upload nolimit size sql database file...

and will be nice that bizhat.com allow me to upload nolimit file size in just in 1-2days to upload that...and automacly to upload to phpmyadmin...

i need that...couswe my net is bad..i haver only upload speed 4-8kbs and every 10-20 min my internet is off line...so im gona need 100000y to upload that stuff... :(

what is SQL Database, is like access or somthing, what is it use for, could you please explaim them to me, I strying to build a new webpage too but not sure where and what to start with, i know some HTML and that pretty much it, don't know if there are any other better methods uploading a webpage
