Ayurveda (the science of life) is not only the ancient science of preventative health and healing but also a philosophy of living. Rarely treating the symptoms , ayurveda cures by removing the cause of disease . Transgressions against Nature's law , against our own inner wisdom, are causes of all diseases. The diseases may be physical or karmic in nature. Physical diseases are due to engaging in excessive use of senses, improper eating, or eating , or ignoring the cycles of seasons or our age. Karmic disease incur from incorrect actions performed in this or previous lifetimes.
