You must take a time waiting admin setup your account.

I beleive you just signed up to the website for a free website. Like akis said, you do need to wait for an admin to set up your website. Im not sure how long, but I jstu created a website today and ive been waiting a few hours. Im sure it will take atleast 24 hours or more.
