I like most of the new animes, like Death Note, Darker than Black, D gray man, uhh... hmm... Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpucho ^_^

and btw, anime (short for animation) is in 99% of the cases a japanese cartoon but for more adult audiences
manga are just japanese comics but they are waaaaay cooler than any US or EU comics... seriously!
