    Strawberry Orange Juice Recipe

    Ingredients


    * 40 Medium Fresh Strawberries
    * 8 cups of Orange juice


    Directions



    1. Put your strawberries in the blender and blend the snot out of them
    2. take a bowl and a tea towl or thin dish towel and put on top of bowl
    3. pour blended strawbers onto towel on bowl
    4. gather up the towel and carefull not to make to big of a mess wring the strawberries out. This reduces the seeds.
    5. Add to 8 cups of orange juice
    6. serves 8 or so.

    Lime Juice

    Ingredients

    * 100g lime;
    * 1 litre water
    * 8 tablespoon sugar


    Directions


    1. Squeeze juice out of lime and set aside. My 100g lime yields 100cc of juice.
    2. Dissolve sugar in water.
    3. When syrup is cooled, add in lime juice and mix.
    4. Serve chilled.

    Banana Carrot Apple Juice

    Ingredients


    * 3/4 carrot (chopped to small cube)
    * 5 pieces of medium size banana (cut to small pieces)
    * 2 small fuji apple (cut to small pieces)
    * 500ml low fat milk
    * A handful of ice
    * 1 pinch of salt


    Directions


    1. Mixed everything (except of ice) in the blender. Blend till everything is well mixed.
    2. Add in the ice and blend for 10 seconds.
    3. Served

    Orange & Mango juice

    Ingredients

    * 4 oranges, chilled
    * 1 mango, chilled

    Method


    1. Juice 4 chilled oranges and pour into the jug of a blender. Add the flesh of 1 chilled mango and blend until pureed. Add a little water if needed, to thin. Transfer to a jug and cover with plastic wrap. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.

    Cranberry juice

    Ingredients

    1 pounds Cranberries
    5 cup Water
    Salt (up to)
    3 Orange slices (optional)
    ½ cup Sugar

    Preparation

    Wash the cranberries and put them into a nonreactive saucepan with the water, a pinch of salt and if you wish, the orange slices. Cook over medium heat until all the berries burst -- about 10 minutes. Pour the fruit and liquid into a cheesecloth-lined sieve. Strain the juice to the saucepan, add the sugar and boil for two or three minutes. Taste and add more sugar if it is needed. Cool and chill the juice before serving.
