Simple Vegitable Fried Rice



Ingredients


Rice - 200 gm
Onion(big) - 1/2 of one
Beans - 10 nos
Carrot(big) - 1 no
Green peas - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Green chillies - 3 nos
Oil - 2 tbsp
Water - 500 gm

Preparation Method of Fried Rice Recipe

1)Cut onion and vegetables into small pieces.

2)Wash rice and drain the water completely.


3)In a frying pan, saute onion, vegetables, green peas, coriander leaves and rice.


4)Add required salt.


5)When rice turns light brown color, put off flame.


6)Cook the mixture in a rice cooker with water.


7)Open when cooked.


:- If an Indian cooker is used (the one with a whistle), cook the mixture with water in medium flame for 10 minutes.
