Meat Curry With Milk

750g lamb (cut in small Pieces)
2 potatoes (cut in 1/8’s)
1½ cups milk
2 tsp ginger and garlic
3 tbsp oil
6 pickling onions
2 cups water
2 tsp ground green chillies
1½ tsp salt

Preparation Method:-
Fry onions and potatoes lightly in oil and remove and set aside. Fry meat in same oil, but before it browns add milk and water. Simmer slowly over low heat till meat is nearly done. Add onions and potatoes and simmer till done. Serve garnished with diced green and red peppers.
