Common signs of jaundice


Jaundice is a condition of excessive build up of a substance called bilirubin in the blood. Its common symptoms include: 1. dark urine
2. pale stools
3. yellow pigmentation of the skin; eyes also turn yellow
4. inside of the mouth (mucous membranes) turn yellow
5. abdominal pain, systemic symptoms like anorexia, vomiting, fever
