Berlin Dom or Berlin Cathedral
The Cathedral was built between 1894 and 1905 and is located on an island (Museum island) in the river Spree near Berlin, Germany. The river Spree originates on the Czech border and meanders through the city of Berlin. Tourists can enjoy a lovely ferry boat ride or cruise up the river.
The large "Protestant St. Peter's" measures 114 m long and 73 m wide. The dome is intricately decorated with mosaics.
