    Kitchen Tips



    1.To remove egg smell from cake add 1 tablespoon of honey and mix it well with whole mixture

    2.Garlic skin comes off easily if the garlic flakes are warmed a little before peeling.

    3.Add a little cornflour to the gramflour while mixing the dough for crisp pakodas

    4.Before frying the potatoes just soak the potato pieces in the buttermilk and allow them 2 fry,it will be very tasty and soft.

    5.If u cut brinjal for cooking and keep, it turns black so to avoid this put some salt in water and keep the brinjal in it,this will not turn them black

    6.while making dough of chapati add little milk and oil,it will be very soft.

    7.To avoid the ants coming into the storage containers apply Castro oil at the edges of the container. They can't come into the container...

    8.After cutting any sour things such as Lime, Tomatoes or Pineapple etc., wash the knife immediately so that the knife does not become blunt.

    9.If salt is more in dish, then add some tomato juice in it. It will make salt less..

    10.Add finely sliced coconut pieces into the curd to bring down its sour taste.

    11.To remove coconut from the shell easily, break the coconut and keep in the fridge overnight. coconut will come out easily

    12.To save from worms from rice,dal add neem leaves into it. To save sugar from ants add 2 pieces of clove. To clean kitchen mess add little baking soda in water and clean,u can clean ur gas stove also

    13.If u want a thick gravy add some maida to few tablespoons of water and mix well till maida dissolves, add this to loose gravy and it will become thick.

    14. To make crispier, golden brown dosas add a teaspoon of sugar to the dosa batter. It will turn into golden brown tasty too

    15. For nice and crisp puris heat some oil till it smokes add this to the maida while making the dough

    16. when u make green gravy or green vegetable put a little bit of sugar in the oil n then add masalaas

    17. To store green chillies longer,remove the stalk and keep in tight glass bottles in the fridge.

    18. Eating caulilower makes the stomach bloated.so for this problem we should slightly boil the cauliflower and throw the water,before cooking it.

    19. To save your sugar from ants put some cloves in the jar.

    20. when u make roti or chpati or paratha , put 1 medium spoon yogurt in dough [ aata ],insted of oil, u will make soft roti,without oil
