Ingredients:

* 1 cup Bananas (sliced)
* 1 cup Mangoes (chopped)
* 1 cup Apples (chopped and peeled)
* 1/2 cup crushed ice
* 1 cup skimmed milk
* 1 tsp Honey
* ½ tsp green cardamom powder



How to Make:-


* n a blender blend on high speed bananas, mangoes, apples, and honey along with milk and green cardamom powder.
* Chill for an hour.
* Top with crushed ice.
* Serve with breakfast.
