Legendary singer, S Janaki has been hospitalized after a bad fall in the bathroom. She was in Thirupathi for a concert when the unfortunate incident occurred. She has lost a lot of blood and doctors at Sri Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences have said that her condition is critical. Apparently she has sustained injuries to her head and spine and has not yet regained consciousness.

The singer, famed for her mellifluous voice is 74 years old. Her immediately family has rushed to Thirupathi to be with her. The entire film industry is shocked by the news and prayers and well wishes are being offered for her recovery.
