Much has changed with Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak since its first season. She isn’t in the middle of the Housewives drama like she used to be. Now, more attention gets paid to her new marriage to Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann, a new baby and another on the way. And clearly, Bravo has taken notice.


Zolciak’s new series, Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding, captures a woman in transition and Zolciak promises viewers will see more of what they love about her along with some new things we’ve never seen.


“Well, you get to see my real hair,” Zolciak tells The Hollywood Reporter about what to expect from the spinoff. “People are going to get to see Kroy’s family and they’re going to get to see some drama between my mother and myself, between my best friend of 12 years and myself, and just the stress and excitement of planning a wedding in a short amount of time and then the actual event -- which was just amazing -- with a little bit of drama.”


THR spoke to Zolciak about the new series, her second baby with Biermann, the marriage-related controversies and why she decided to finally go wigless on TV.
