Belly Fat... Belly Fat... Belly Fat.... Sigh!!!!!! what do we do about it???
The best thing for Belly fat is to avoid the following:
1. Drinking Cold water throughout the day
2. Drinking anything 30 mins before and 30 mins after a meal
3. Fried foods like paratthas, samosas, pakoras
4. Oily foods like qormas, niharis, paayay, heavy loaded biryanis
5. Junk food as it has a lot of empty calories
6. Red meat mostly beef
Fitness & Health
So what can I eat????? I can hear you crying out loud!
1. Lots of fruits and vegetables
2. Brown bread instead of white bread
3. Brown rice instead of white rice
4. Grilled food instead of fried foods
5. Fish instead of red meat
6. Lots of hot or warm water - this will help melt the fat!
And of course you need to exercise - cardio - at least 4-5 times a week!
