your Upgrade Account Forum mods are all inactive as hell. Nothing is getting touched in there. Not even the threads requesting BASIC upgrading. I realize that PHP/mySQL are no longer available, but thats no excuse for neglecting the normal requests.

Please, solve the problem. There are only a few normal upgrade requests in there, do ya think you could get them taken care of? Im about to put something up (two photoshop tutorials on good-tutorials.com) that will probably take up a couple gig bandwidth each on the first day. Im going to stagger putting them up so I dont run into problems, but my 500mb alotted bandwidth because your mods are inactive isn't going to help me out.
