 Pathiri - Soft Rice Bread from Kerala !!
		
		
				
				
		
			
				
					
                   Ingredients:
                   1 glass of Double Horse Pathiri Podi, 1 glass   of water, 1/4 tsp coconut oil and little salt
                   How to prepare:
                   Boil 1   glass of water with 1/4 tsp coconut oil  and little salt. When it boils hard,   sprinkle 1 glass of Double Horse  Pathiri Podi. Stir this only after 1 minute.   Switch off the flame and  cover with a lid. After 1 minute put the warm mixture   in a flat vessel  and mix thoroughly until soft. Make small balls out of soft   dough and  press in pathiri press. Grill pathiri without oil.
