This upcoming summer is going to be a grand one in Great Britain as Kate Middleton and her husband Prince William will be welcoming their first born. The royal palace announced Monday that Middleton will be delivering her newborn sometime in July. "Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July," the statement said


When Middleton's pregnancy was first announced back in December, the Duchess had been in the hospital battling severe morning sickness. But now, Middleton is doing a lot better. "The Duchess's condition continues to improve since her stay in hospital last month," the statement said.



While rumors had been circling that the royal couple was expecting twins, the palace also confirmed Monday that only one baby is on the way. And while they confirmed that the baby is due in July — sharing the same birth month as Princess Diana, who was born July 1 — the palace also said that Middleton and William will not be releasing the baby's gender.
