 Watering Tips For YOur Plant

.Few plants naturally adapt themselves to the landscape and absorb water directly from the soil. If you have plants that blossom even after not watering, restrict the supply of water to the plant to 2 times in a week.

.Check the size of the plant. You should always water your plant depending on their size. If the plant in your garden are small, you do not need to water it everyday. You can sprinkle little water on the soil or pot. For example, water little one day and sprinkle on the next day.

.If you are not sure about the quantity of water that needs to be supplied to your plant, check out the plant containers or pots. Mud pots are ideal as they absorb extra water from the soil. Give little more water if you have mud plant pots as the soil may not absorb water. If you are using plastic plant pots, make sure they have drainage holes to allow excess water to flow out.

.Check the weather. High humidity dries out the water content from the plants. To keep the roots wet and fresh, you have to water your plants regularly. However, the quantity of water depends on the size of the plant. So, make sure you water your plants regularly if your soil is dry and the air is humid.

.Place where plant is kept also matters. If you have outdoor plants then you have to make it a regular task to water them regularly. However, indoor pot plants do not need water regularly. If you have placed your plants in the balcony, water according to the season. It is summer now, so, water your indoor garden everyday.

.Water plants early morning or evening. Your plant needs to absorb water. If you water in the morning, make sure you water early in the morning. This is because the plants need to absorb water. The water dries up from the plant due to sunlight. So, the best time to water your plant is early in the morning or evening when the sun sets.

.Check the soil composition. Loam soil absorbs water and stores moisture. This makes it a good soil for the plants to stay hydrated. Dry soil soaks water from the plant and the leaves start turning yellow within days.
