If you have problem exporting the .fla to .swf and you allready did these:

1. .jpeg export quality is set to 100%

2. compres movie = no

3. added _quality = "BEST" in first frame

4. Quality is great when you edit .fla in Flash

But still when you export the quality is bad, try these... it worked for me:

1. Pres ctrl + L (library opens)

2. Now you see the list of all symbols, on the left side are names of symbols and on the right is what kind of symbol it is, now right side is important, go and find your first "Bitmap" kind symbol (cos Bitmap are sybols that are pics, other symbols are txt and animations and stuff, and you can change export quality only for Bitmap kind of symbols)

3. Now right click on first Bitmap symbol you find, go properties, new window pops-up

4. On the new window under compression select Phot (JPEG) (thats if allready isn't selected, and probeobly is)

5. After you selected compression unthick "Use imported JPEG data" (it is right below the compression), and new option (Quality) apperas.

6. Set Qualyt from 50 to 100, click ok, and that's it.

7. Repeat that for all Bitmaps in your library, or only for those you want to be best quality when exported.

That should do the trick, now remember - you never edit pics in flash, you do your rotating and stuff in photoshop or some other program that is made for that, and than import in flash... Flash is just not the program for editing pictures
