Okay, I've joined the forums but I want to do the Free Web hosting thing. I've tried signing up for it, but it keeps showing the forums sign up page.

Can anyone show me where to sign up for Free Web Hosting? :? Also, does it have other ways to make a website without the HTML code method? :? Thanks 8)
