I got a website from the admin. But when I go to uploading files, it does not accept.

I made some files using "MS Front Page" . But when I uploading these files to my website simply it says as

" this file could not uploaded, Connected to extramoney.bizhat.com:21 (UNIX)"

So if anybody well known about this please rerply at this topic for my doubt.
