Ingredients

1 cup flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 2 1/2 to 3-pound broiler-fryer, cut-up
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoons pepper

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Pour butter into a 12x9x2" baking pan. Arrange chicken in pan, skin side down. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan; mix well. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Remove chicken from oven, and turn; spoon sauce over chicken. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
