Hi,

A few days ago I met a women who wanted to introduce me to her job.
She hoped that I would like to work with her. I allowed her to speak,I listened carfully and did not interrupt her while she spoke. I gave her respect. She asked me if I would like working with her and I told her I was already involved with something else but I wanted to learn more. I thought that since I listened to her, she would give me the same respect, especially since we were in a group of people.

I started telling her about my job, and would you believe it, she started on me. This lady was rude to me. She immediately expressed how she knows friends that hated my company and that doctors hate working with them. This woman said this in front of a group of people. I felt horrible. Why not say that to me alone, not in front of strangers. I gave her respect and I listen to her speech, but she insulted me, I could do nothing but smile and told her that there are people out there that did like her job and they could have negitive things to say about them too. I told her that all jobs are alike and not perfect.

I got over her opinion and felt sorry for her, because she did not know any better. This just reminds me how bitter and mean people can be that they must overplay whatever they say in order to make themself important. Remember that you should be kind and walk softly because you'll never know when you'll need someone's help, service or products in the future. Be nice, it does not cost anything more to smile.
