Turkey Macaroni Chili Recipe

Ingredients

1-1/2 tsp Chili Powder

1-1/2 tsp Oregano (dried)

2 cup Chicken Stock

1-1/2 cup Potatoes (peeled and diced)

3/4 cup canned red Kidney Beans (drained)

1-1/2 tsp Basil (dried)

1/3 cup Elbow Macaroni

1-1/2 tsp Vegetable Oil

1 tsp Garlic (minced)

1/2 cup Carrots (finely chopped)

1cup onions (chopped)

8 oz Ground Turkey

19 oz Tomatoes (crushed)

3/4 cup corn Kernels

2 tblsp Tomato Paste

How to make

* Heat oil over medium in a non-stick saucepan.

* Combine garlic, carrots and onions.

* Cook stirring occasionally till it becomes soft, it will take about 8 minutes.

* Combine turkey.

* Cook stirring to break it up till it is no longer pink, it will take about 2 minutes.

* Mix tomatoes, tomato paste, stock, potatoes, corn, beans, chili, oregano and basil.

* Take it to boil level.

* Low the heat, cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

* Take it to boiling level.

* Combine macaroni.

* Cook till pasta is tendered but firm, it will take about 12 minutes.
