Hello,

Set goals for yourself, for me it's vital. I like to visualize my to do list
I write it down, and then go through each one after the other. It's
like homework to me.If I don't do this my mind will start to wonder to
other things. I will end up wasting my energy on silly things. Then before
you realize it, a month will past and then several months, then it's a
new year. You then wonder what have you done all year, nothing.
Absolutely nothing.
