Let's go through the Bill of Rights:
    -freedom of religion
    -freedom of speech
    -freedom of the press
-freedom to assemble and petition the government for redress of grievances
-freedom for a well regulated militia to keep and bear arms
-freedom to not have the government force you to put up soldiers in your house
-right to be free of unreasonable searches and seizures of your property without probable cause or a warrant
-right to due process of law
-right to not be subjected to double jeopardy
    -right not to incriminate yourself
-right for your property to not be taken by the government arbitrarily or without just compensation
-right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury in criminal prosecutions
-right to confront accusers and witnesses and to have good counsel in a criminal trial
-[7th Amendment has not been incorporated yet, though many state constitutions have parallel provisions]
-right to not have excessive bail or to face cruel and unusual punishment
