A bomb hitting the moon may not harm Earth's satellite, but using lunar water for making hydrogen to be used as rocket fuel would make it lighter.. If the moon gets lighter will it just drift into space? And if it does, what will happen to natural cycles that are influenced by the moon on the planet? I say let the water on the moon be where it is right now.
