Acer or Dell

I am going to buy a laptop , with the following configuration

FOR DELL inspiron 1525
1) intel core 2 duo 2.0
2) 2GB RAM
3) 160gb hard disk

cost 38500 Rs

For Acer aspire 4930
1) intel core 2 duo 2.0 with centrino technology
2) 2 gb ram
3) 160 gb hard disk

cost 37500 Rs


If anybody have experience then please tell me which will be good in case of battery backup Dell or Acer
