Avoid excessive snacking

There isn’t any scientific evidence that links chocolate to having breakouts. But as a healthy, low fat, high fibre diet is known to be good for skin, keep snacks such as chocolates to a minimum and indulge in them only occasionally.

Eat a fibre rich diet

Your body needs fibre to keep your complexion at its best. Many high fibre foods are rich in essential vitamins and antioxidants. Along with adequate water, fibre works to keep your body hydrated and flushes away toxins.

Be careful of what you drink

Change from caffeine laden tea and coffee to herbal teas and decaffeinated coffee. Sip pure fruit juices rather than fizzy drinks.
