I think the best way to stay slim if you are slim already is to keep eating healthy and exercising. You are obviously doing something right if you are staying fit and healthy. If you aren't slim and you are overweight, then you must change your lifestyle in order to lose weight and get healthy. It's not about going on a diet, it's about staying on a health diet for the rest of your life.
