    6. Find a hobby. You might take up collecting stamps or coins, or you might learn more about photography or art. You don't have to spend your entire life doing it; the whole purpose of the hobby is to vary your routine and do something worthwhile.

7.Singing is a wonderful way to make life more enjoyable. Try to pick up some of your favorite songs and learn the lyrics by heart. When you feel bored, sing those songs and you would feel much better. Singing karaoke, taking some singing lessons or listening to music would make your life more interesting.

8.Limit the amount of time you spend watching TV. Enjoyment in life comes from trying and doing things yourself, not watching other people do them. Watching people swim is not the same as swimming. Watching other people hike or climb mountains is not the same as hiking or climbing mountains.

9.Ask questions. It's not bad to ask questions. Ask as many as you can no matter what people say or the relevance of them. Don't doubt yourself because there's a good chance somebody else is wondering the same thing.

10.Enjoy feeling proud. If you're proud of something be it: an essay, a new deck you built, a promotion, or a song you composed hold on to it for dear life because there's nothing more important than your pride. Do not let anybody take it by demanding more.

11.Stay healthy. Make part of your life eating right and exercising because it helps keep the body running at the top of its game.

12.Be open to change. Changes in your job, friends, and the government. With practice you will be able to anticipate it.

13.List the items you want to keep. This will help you realize what you have and you are so lucky to have it.

    Default Tips

    * Ask others about how they spend their time. If you feel like doing something that they do, then join them! Don't be afraid to ask!

    * Get organized. You'll feel more in control and happier.

    * Don't think that you constantly disappoint people. Nothing can be further from the truth.

    * If you're an adult don't preoccupy yourself with paydays and raises. Money alone cannot help you feel fulfilled.

    * Don't be rude to anyone. Don't be rude to your teachers or complain in class.

Default How to Recreate Your Life

    How to Recreate Your Life

Try to remember what you've always wanted. What did you dream about being and doing when you were a child? Or an invincible teenager? Or an idealistic college student? At many points in our lives, when we encounter obstacles, we tend to settle. What have you settled for? What did you give up on when you settled?

Be honest with yourself. Pretending that your life is great when it's really not is only going to make things worse. Sure, you've got plenty to be grateful for, but there's nothing wrong with seeking more growth and fulfillment. Don't ever feel that by wanting more, you're forsaking what you already have.

Write down your goals. Where do you want to be in 5 years? 10 years? What do you want to accomplish before you die? Make lists and timelines. Keep them close to you, and read them every day, preferably when you wake up.

Consider making a big change. Switch careers, move to a different area, or end a relationship that's bringing you down. Stop your life from becoming one big routine.

Expand your comfort zone. Do something that's completely out of character. Shave your head, wear a miniskirt, try karaoke, do a cartwheel barefoot on the grass, etc. Be spontaneous and daring. Even if it has nothing to do with your goals, stepping out of your comfort zone will help you get used to facing your fears, especially people's reactions when you do something they'd never expect you to do.

Remember that it is your life to live. You should choose what is best for you.

    Tips........

    * The key is to stay focused on your dreams, no matter how far you may be from accomplishing them. If you don't remember what you want out of life, it's awfully easy to lose your way.

    * Focus on what matters the most to you and pursue it unmistakably to the point of being able to grasp only a moment.
    * It is better to have experience than not.
    * Don't ever think "It's too late," or "I'm too old." It's never too late, and you can never be too old to find happiness. Read Maria Shriver's book "Just Who Will You Be?"
    * Visualize yourself as being the way you want to be. See yourself being congratulated, or hugged for what you have done.
    * Visualization is very powerful. If done often, it can work.
    * You can provide yourself with an extra measure of motivation by using the Best Me Technque of self-hypnosis to pre-experience the rewards of a long-term goal, thereby reducing or eliminating the need for "will power."
    * Don't hang out with people that bring you down no matter how close to you they are (family, old friends, etc).

Default How to Live Life to the Fullest

How to Live Life to the Fullest

Life is short. So, live it to the fullest! Enjoy all that it has to offer. Let's get started:

    * Any bad thought you have, cancel it out with a good thought. You may not be feeling the best at the moment, but I assure you you will feel better once you think about good things. Think about all of the things life has to offer. It should make you smile.

    * Make a bucket list. Make a list of all the things you want to do before you die like: bungee jumping, sky diving, and ziplining, etc. You'll feel like you've accomplished something.

    * Make friends. By 'friends', I mean friends you can be yourself around, your true friends. Go more places with them so that you can share your joy with someone else.

    * Live each day as if it's your last. Leave the past behind and do not anticipate the future. Be present to enjoy the moment.

    * Be adventurous. Explore, live on the edge a little and embrace new challenges. Visit new places with your loved ones. Take the road less traveled.

    * Love yourself. Focus on your inner and outer beauty to see the same in others. Acceptance comes from within.

    * Love everyone. Love the ones who treat you right. Forget about the ones who don't. Life is too precious to be wasted on waiting for love.

    * Accept everyone. Be kind and courteous. Enjoy the company of others. Acknowledge their goodness rather than the differences in their beliefs.

    * Find purpose in life. Be selfless in service to others. Begin with your neighbor. Do charitable service outside of your immediate community as well.

    * Be realistic. Set attainable goals according to your abilities and talents. Consider each effort to be an attainment. Achieve one step before the other towards stability and security.

    * Seek balance. Understand the night and day, back and forth, good and bad in all things. Focus on good thoughts and good things will happen.

    * Maintain control. Be responsible for your actions and inaction. Be true to yourself. Maintain a personal code in the situation at hand. Find common ground.

    * Listen to your heart and soul. Listen for advice, but be confident in making your own decision. Use your instinct.

    * Clear your mind. Rituals of yoga, meditation and tai chi will replenish and rejuvenate your soul to focus more clearly on serenity and happiness.

    * Be carefree. Desires, obsessions and possessions possess you. Free yourself of inhibitions. Make an active decision to have simple daily needs.

    * Laugh. Laughter is the best medicine. It releases endorphins and promotes longevity. Inner joy is beautiful!

    * Be flexible. Accept change as a positive thing in life. At times, go with the flow that is before you.

    * List a few daily goals. Meet a new friend, swim at the lake or walk in the park. Enhance your day and initiate fun!

    * Appreciate the little things. Take a walk around your community to experience the wonder in a way that you have never experienced it before.

    * Forgive yourself and others. Release your negative energy that holds you back, your past failures, embrace whatever life offers you.

    * Anticipate next day. Everyday is unique, like the blossoming clouds. It's never the same, but always beautiful.

    * Accept death. Pondering death brings appreciation to life. Take time to appreciate the expanse and beauty of your life and our earth. Let go peacefully.

    * Appreciate Environment. Take a break occasionally and go for a walk. Assume that you have come from another planet. Take a fresh look at the clouds, the colors of sky at sunset and sunrise. Look at the plants, trees, leaves, flowers and how they sway when wind blows..! Look at water how it shakes and shape itself in the vessel it's stored.. Look at numerous forms of life - insects, animals, birds and human. This exercise will clear off the dead memories and monotony that kills the joy of living.
