    Hard to shave a couple days worth of stubble without irritation? Well buddy, I got a solution! Most people shave before they shower so the can wash off afterwords. But if you shave after the shower then your hair is more relaxed and softened. This helped me a lot there was very little friction. Plus the oils you excrete afterwords are helpful and shouldn't be washed away.

    1, Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday, even on the weekends. Keeping a regular schedule will help your body expect sleep at the same time each day.
    2, Before going to bed, listening to soft music, sipping a cup of milk, etc., cues your body that it's time to slow down and begin to prepare for sleep.
    3, Try to keep your bedroom dark while you are sleeping so that the light will not interfere with your rest.
    4, Keep your bedroom peaceful and comfortable. Make sure your room is well ventilated and the temperature consistent.
    5, Daily exercise can help you sleep, but be sure to exercise in the morning or afternoon.
    6, Iron Deficiency in women tend to have more sleeping problems so if your blood is iron poor, a supplement might help your health and your ability to sleep.
    7, Don’t lie in bed awake. Go into another room and do something relaxing until you feel sleepy.
