KOZHIKODE: Actress Shweta Menon was injured during the shooting site of V M Vinu’s film Penpattanam.

The actress, who sustained injuries on her wrist, was subjected to an operation, at a private hospital in the district. Hospital authorities said that her condition is stable.

The film scripted by Renjith has screen play and dialogues by T A Razaq.

Other casts include Neelathamara fame Kailash, Nedumudi Venu, Saddique, Augustine, Manikyam Musthafa, Revathi, KPAC Lalitha etc.
