About friendship

ഒരിക്കലും ഫോണ് ചെയ്യാത്ത, ഒരിക്കലും പിറന്നാള് ആശംസകള് തരാത്ത, സമ്മാനപോതിക്കെട്ടുകളും പൂക്കൂടകളും നീട്ടാത്ത സുഹൃത്ത്. ഒന്നിച്ചു ഐസ്ക്രീം കഴിച്ചിട്ടില്ല, ചൂട് ചായയുമായിരുന്നു വാ നിറയെ വിശേഷങ്ങള് മിണ്ടിയിരുന്നിട്ടില്ല, ഒന്നിച്ചു സിനിമ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല ഒരു പുസ്തകത്തെ കുറിച്ചു പോലും ചര്*ച്ച ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. എന്തിനു ഒന്നിച്ചു പഠിക്കാന് പോലും പോയിട്ടില്ല. എന്നിട്ടും സുഹൃത്തുക്കള് ആയിരിക്കുന്നു അതാണ് സൗഹൃദം എന്ന ഇന്ദ്രജാലം.

പരസ്പരം ആശ്വാസവാക്കുകള് പറഞ്ഞില്ലെങ്കിലും പറയാതെ തന്നേ മനസ്സിന്റെ വേദന അറിയുന്ന ചങ്ങാതി. വിഷമിച്ചിരികുമ്പോള് വെറുതെ തമാശകള് പറഞ്ഞു ചൊടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ചങ്ങാത്തം. ഹൃദയത്തില് വിരല് തൊട്ടു സ്പന്ദനങ്ങള് തിരിച്ചറിയുന്ന ആളാണ് ചങ്ങാതി. ലോകമെല്ലാം ഇട്ടെറിഞ്ഞ് പോകുമ്പോള് വഴിയില് കാത്തുനില്*ക്കുന്ന ആളാണ് സുഹൃത്ത്.
