Healthy Dry Fruit Shake
Ingredients:-
Figs - 8
Dates - 12
Apricot - 8
Almond - 50 gm(Skinned)
Sugar - 50 gm
Milk - 1 ltr
Honey - 1/2 cup
Light Cream - 1 cup
Pista - 4 tbsp (Chopped)
Chocolate bar - 2 (optional)
Method:-
1.Soak the figs, dates, apricot and almonds in hot water for 4 hours and drain
2.Grind it to a fine paste , add milk and sugar and blend it again finely.
3.Add honey and cream finally and blend everything smoothly.
4.Refrigerate till it becomes cold.
5.Blend it once again till it becomes frothy.
6.Add chopped pista on top, garnish with grated chocolate.
