Tips for having peace of mind

1. If you are tensed, don't talk or act. Take a small break from work.

2. If you are tensed, enjoy solitude. Stare at the beach, wander in a jungle, go to a lonely place where there is no one to hurt you. This isolation will refresh you from all the worries of the busy life.

3. Go for a vacation away from home and office without a mobile phone!.

4. Go to your favourite friend's house or plan a get together.

5. Don't dream about things/worries which will never happen to you even in the worst case.

6. Have a good sleep.

7. Take one day leave from office. It will rejuvenate you.

8. Enjoy a movie or a melodious song.

9. Visit a diseased person.

10. Help one who is in real need

So be Happy and make others happy.
