Joby John has won Idea Star Singer Season 4. He lifted the crown at the grand finale held at the Chandrashekaran Nair Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram.

Joby was announced the winner through SMS voting after the live performance. Though the 27 year old does not have a major music contract as part of the prize, he did win a Rs 1 crore villa in Thiruvananthapuram.

Joby was in competition with four others - Anju Joseph, Sreenath, S Vidhya Shankar and Preethi Ravindran Warrier.
