Just go on their website, they should have all the software you need availble to download on the site.
it should be ok to install 98/95 driver on XP. Have you check your XP to make sure everything is up ? I use to be have problem like you. After re-install XP, all problem gone.
no .. i tried .. i sent them but no reply ..

kinf of scanner ... and they dont have nay information
about thier products ...

U can try using Compatibility wizard of Win XP.... Right Click the executable file which u want to use and go to properties, Click the compatibility tab and tick the option > Run this program in Compatibility mode for:
And choose Windows 98. Click OK.
Now try running the program.
Hope this helps.....
After you install the prog. in XP,right click on the exe icon and then select the compatibility mode.
In that choose your windows.
This would make it work.
Hope it helps
lol..sintorrez, u tryin to give the same advice as me just after my post.
compatibility won't work. it's used only for executables, not drivers. drivers are very different from normal applications, and those win98 WONT work on XP because XP is based on NT core witch is very different from win98 kernel. driver communicates directly trough kernel, so using one for win98 be like connecting Commodore 64 monitor to ATi Radeon 9800 card  your only choice is to find windows 2000/XP drivers for your device. try searching www.driverguide.com, they have BIGGEST collection of drivers in known galaxy.
