    5. Rogers Centre – Toronto, Canada: $ 930 million



    The stadium was renamed as “Rogers Centre” following the purchase of the stadium by Rogers Communications which also owns the Toronto Blue Jays in 2005. It often be used for any events such as trade fairs, concerts, conventions, fun fairs and monster truck shows.

    The Emirates Stadium was opened in July 2006. It is a football stadium located in Holloway in the London Borough of Islington and is the current home of Arsenal FC, and has 60,353 capacity in an all seated.

    The Safeco field is located in Seattle, Washington, is a retractable roof baseball stadium. The stadium is the home stadium of the the Seattle Mariners of Major League Baseball (MLB), the owned and operated by Washington-King Country Stadium Authority.

    The ANZ stadium known as Telstra Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium which is located in the Sydney Olympic Park precinct of Homebush Bay. It has since then hosted the 2003 Rugby World Cup Final as well as the National Rugby League grand final annually.
