9. Safeco Field – Seattle, US: $ 656 million

The Safeco field is located in Seattle, Washington, is a retractable roof baseball stadium. The stadium is the home stadium of the the Seattle Mariners of Major League Baseball (MLB), the owned and operated by Washington-King Country Stadium Authority.
10. ANZ Stadium – Sydney, Australia: $ 624 million

The ANZ stadium known as Telstra Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium which is located in the Sydney Olympic Park precinct of Homebush Bay. It has since then hosted the 2003 Rugby World Cup Final as well as the National Rugby League grand final annually.
