Can anyone help me with PHP?

hey guys!
I wanna set up a whole member system, on my hosting i got everything i need for it, i can install every program to the server, i got unlimited MySQL databases... but i don't know how to use it
can somebody tell me how to use it? how to make a sign-up form and if they click on register where i can see the people that have registered?

There you can find almost everything, including PHP and MySQL.
