Service Complaint - PHPbb

I am unhappy with the PHPbb service, and wish to complain.

First of all, nearly every day i go on my site, it doesnt work :x

Secondly, The bloody confirmation code doesnt work on the register page :x

how the hell are people supposed to sign up!

If you do not fix these problems, i will cancel by account and move to a BETTER hosting provider

And how many times has it been down in 1 and a half weeks? I know my site has only been down once in that time.

i would say once a day, most of the time it says website not responding

Bizhat is free, you can't expect 24 hr support. Also they are trying as hard as they can to fix it. Give the guys a break. 8)

There is no need to double post, the admins will get to the problem as soon as they can. If you continue to do this or spam, your entire site will get deleted.
